Maintenance would be carried out on your home promptly and efficiently. Your lawn will be mowed and your pool will be regularly checked and its water quality monitored and controlled. Filters will also be cleaned. All work is carried out whether your home is occupied or not.
Your home will be cleaned thoroughly and professionally at each guest changeover. Should you not have guests arriving same day, we will carry out any little jobs, so your home always looks it's best. We respect your home and treat it as our own.
We will pay promptly all property related expenses, as designated by our owner's electric, water, cable, telephone, etc. and can assist with State and County Licensing and Taxes, as is required.
We are happy to assist you advertising your villa so that it is rented as often as your wish.
We do not charge for guest show-ins or bill payments. We do not tie you to any long term contracts; you can terminate our management at any time.
